Cancellation Policy

• An easy cancellation process is available for all our respected customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order  amount will be refunded.
• You can just drop us an email at info@vanyainternational.com
•  All refunds will be transferred from Vanya International back to source. It will take 3-10 working days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy.

Note: – Although once the item is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange policy

• Products can be Exchange/ Replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. The exchange is applicable only in case of damaged product.
  
• Exchange is done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer.

Note: – Exchange is allowed with the same or different products
